No worries! Most of the people who are looking to book you aren't in your church. When I started coaching I had not accepted my call to the ministry.
The group calls are very important as they allow you to get to know the others in the group and find support from people who are in the journey with you. However, the group calls are recorded and will be placed in the portal for you to view at your leisure.
I meet with the entire group every month on Monday nights and each student can schedule up to 3 one on one sessions with me. I love checking in on my students and helping them grow.
The cost of the program can seem like a large investment because it is.
However, this is an investment that can change your life, like it did mine.
Keep in mind that building on your own with no one to advise you and making costly mistakes because you have no idea how to create your own programs, what systems to use to automate your processes or how to get found by people looking to book you can be extremely costly. Once you launch your services as a coach or speaker, one or two engagements can cover the entire cost of the program.
Unlike other coaching programs that are done in a jiffy, it takes time to build your coaching and speaking business. As ministry leaders, you are busy so realistically you probably need twice as long as you think to complete your work. This also allows you time to test your results and make adjustments as necessary with the assistance of me.
Yes. You will need to purchase systems to automate your processes for your website (landing page, email marketing etc.), as well as the services of graphic artists or videographers if you choose not to create your own marketing assets.
We all have to start somewhere. During your sessions, you'll be able to ask for assistance. Though we can't set up your systems for you, we can walk you through how to do it as well as offer additional setup assistance if you feel you need it for an additional fee. The systems are very user-friendly and are used by our team on a daily basis so we are very knowledgable.
